Cheap Wedding Favors - How to Get a Bargain

Every bride has a budget to work with when purchasing their wedding favors and accessories. Just as every bride's budget is different, everyone's concept of "cheap" or inexpensive favors is different too. One bride may search for wedding favors under a dollar, while another bride may think a four dollar item is cheap. What it boils down to, is no matter what your budget is you can still get your wedding favors at the lowest possible price with just a bit of time and web browsing. If you are looking for a bargain - whether you are looking for a $5.00 favor, or a $1.00 favor, here are some tips to get that price even lower.

Is the wedding favor quantity priced? Some vendors will lower the prices on item when you purchase in bulk. Check each site, and also click on individual products. Sometimes, websites show the bulk pricing only when you actually look at the individual item page. Not all vendors bulk price, and not all items can be bulk priced, but if you find a favor which is, great!

Does the site offer any coupons or promotions? Many websites offer discounts or promotions on their products. Sometimes you may have to sign up for their mailing list, sometimes you may have to take a quick survey. Some vendors run seasonal sales, other times coupon codes are hidden within the site. Search the site carefully; you may just find a coupon or promotion code at the very bottom of a page. If you do not see one - ask! Many vendors have coupon codes but do not advertise them.

Does the site offer a weekly or monthly sale? Some sites run weekly, monthly or seasonal sales. If something is on sale, you may also be able to use their coupon code for additional savings.

Does the site offer a low price guarantee? Some sites will offer a low price guarantee - that is, if you find the price cheaper on another site, they will match it. Read the policy thoroughly though, some sites will price match after the purchase, while others will only price mach before the actual purchase.

Does the site offer free shipping? Many sites offer a free shipping deal if you purchase over a certain dollar amount. A site with a low dollar free shipping amount may charge higher product prices to make up the difference though.

Does the site offer any contests? Occasionally, you will run across a site which offers give away contests, to win wedding favors, accessories or a gift certificate for their store.
